My first experience with acupuncture was with Dr. Hahn. I was skeptical that acupuncture could help,
but I made an appointment at the urging of friends. I have been amazed at the results. It has been extremely
helpful with pain from an injury to my shoulder and some tension-induced back pain. The shoulder is as "good as new".
The stress-relief component was a totally unexpected benefit. Dr. Hahn is a delightful and thoughtful care provider.
The whole experience is wonderful and I so appreciate the caring service of Dr. Hahn and her wonderful staff (Sasha).
Since I was eight years old I have been plagued with a skin..something. The pain was terrible. The first time
it interfered with my daily living was in Junior High, the worst time in my life. I couldn't walk and got teased all day.
As I matured into an adult I came to understand no one would ever find a cure for these pustules that never seemed to leave.
I went to several dermatologists and Western Medicine Physicians and was given antibiotics on a daily basis, and had to endure
cutting to drain them. A year ago I began to see Kathryn, for an unrelated neck injury. She was able to not only tell me what
this is called- Toxic Heat Syndrome she has been able to help me cool off, mellow out and have a normal life. I went online
and did some research and discovered all the associated symptoms I have been experiencing since I was eight were do to this
Syndrome. I am now able to wear clothing and I truly feel comfortable in my own clearing skin and it is due to treatments and
discussions with Kathryn. I tell everybody I know about this wonderful, caring and calming woman. I want to thank her and her
staff for always making me smile when I walk in the office. It is instantly a place of peace, and in this crazy up and world,
static peace is something we all should strive to find.
Kathryn is a naturally gifted healer whose combination of the ancient art of Chinese medicine with contemporary, cutting
edge modalities has facilitated wonderful results in my healing. I am repeatedly impressed by her keen intuition and extensive
knowledge but it is her caring, compassionate heart and absolute commitment to my health and wellness that makes her so special to me.
This is my first experience with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, but I am consistently amazed at the immediate relief I get
from pain and other symptoms. I look forward to each session with Kathryn and always leave the office feeling calm and refreshed.
